We do not offer refunds, exchanges or transfers on gowns sold off the rack.

Some minor wear and tear may be evident due to previous trying on although all care is taken to not pin or peg these gowns or treat as samples.

All sales are final, Items sold as seen.

To avoid this problem, we strongly suggest arranging a free fitting with our consultants prior to ordering.

If it's not possible for you to attend a fitting, please get in touch and we will advise you on sizing and style prior to placing your order.

We are proud of our products and do not compromise on quality. If something is faulty, we want to know about it so we can replace it.
