FAQ'S

DO I NEED TO BOOK ANAPPOINTMENT?

We always recommend an appointment. This will guarantee a 1 on 1 experience with a dedicated team member, a changing and viewing area to yourself and refreshments for yourself and guests. However, walk-ins are always welcome too. If you do walk-in please be patient as appointments will always be given priority. You are welcome to wander the floor while waiting or we will get you seated with some refreshments.

HOW LONG IS AN APPOINTMENT?

This depends on the appointment you book. Each one has a description on our 'Appointments' page. First visits are 1 - 1.5 hrs.   Book a 30 minute measurement appointment or the '2nd Visit' allows 45 minutes. Our 30 minute Try-On appointments are for brides who have already bought their gowns and it has now arrived in store!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO AN APPOINTMENT?

Just bring yourself and your open mind! We recommend wearing whatever you feel comfortable in, nude undergarments would be best. We will request that you take off your bra when trying gowns but if you are not happy to do so, a nude bra is preferred & strapless if possible. Please also limit your makeup & avoid fake tan.

HAVE I LEFT IT TOO LATE TO FIND A GOWN?

Whatever your lead-time, we have you covered! Fortunately, we are much quicker than most! Including alterations, we recommend that you have a 7 - 8 month lead-time to order your gown. We sell our whole store 'Off-The-Rack' for those who need this option. Rush orders are available as well as a lot of our Designer Labels having stock available for quick ship.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE RANGE?

We are very proud of our inclusive size range. Our sample sizes range from an AU4 - AU32. Our size charts range from US0 - US34. (Ask the team for more information on custom sizing) We are a dedicated store taking pride in our carefully curated curvy collection. We are a store catering for every bride to suit all sizes, styles & personalities.

DO YOU ALLOW PICTURES/FACETIME?

Absolutely! Luckily we are much more relaxed than most stores. We encourage you & your bridal party to take as many pictures as you need. It can be incredibly helpful if you leave the store undecided. Otherwise, you will have pictures to look back on to remember the gown you chose while you wait for her to arrive. Taking pictures will capture the experience, this is a memory to hold onto & having pictures will help you to relive the excitement of finding 'The One'

DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS?

We do not personally alter the gowns. However, we do have a brilliant alterations studio next door! We highly recommend 'The Bridal Fitting Room' for all of your alteration needs. Wedding gown, Bridesmaids, Suits, Mother of the Bride etc. Margaret and her team are brilliant, our brides will have priority in peak seasons. You can contact them on 0414 654 426

DO YOU SELL BRIDESMAIDS & ACCESSORIES? 

We do not have bridesmaid gowns. In 2022 we made the decision to discontinue our coloured range. We have a huge range of accessories including veils, hairpieces, necklaces, earrings & jewellery sets. We carry a lot of stock in all of our accessories but can place orders if needed & time allows.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?

Our pricing ranges anywhere from $99 in our clearance rail to $3000. We have a wide variety of all styles across our pricing. We have gowns to suit all budgets! Incredibly designs and quality for less!

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING?

Depending on the appointment you book, it will be specified. Our maximum capacity is 5 guests in our larger seating areas. Please respect and follow this to ensure we are not encroaching on other appointments. If you'd like to bring extra guests, please speak to the team directly and we will try our best to cater for all guests to be seated comfortably. Please note that children are also welcomed as long as there is a loved one to watch over them. Yes, they are included in your guest count.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

If your item has been ordered in specifically for you as a custom order, we are unable to offer refunds of exchanges. Sale Items, Clearance Items and Off-The-Rack Gowns are sold as seen at the time of purchase and all purchases are final. Refunds will only be applicable if a manufacturing fault is found. Manufacturing faults do not not include wear and tear, stains, marks or damage from being worn. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer regret or change or circumstance.
