Store credits can be applied for, if items are returned in their original state and packaging. Freight costs are the clients responsibility.
To avoid this problem, we strongly suggest arranging a free fitting with our consultants prior to ordering.
If it's not possible for you to attend a fitting, please get in touch and we will advise you on sizing and style prior to placing your order.
We are proud of our products and do not compromise on quality. If something is faulty, we want to know about it so we can replace it.
