All gowns will be inspected, repackaged and sent to you within 24 hours of receipt.

Collection can be arranged at the store if preferred.
Gowns are made to order and therefore, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We are proud of our products and do not compromise on quality. At the time of inspection in WA, should we notice any major faults, we will rectify or offer a refund. (See refund policy in relation to the classification of major faults)
1. To ensure the best sizing option, please take care when gaining your measurements (We do not recommend measuring yourself, if possible always ask another person to assist).

2. Then check the applicable size charts to find your closest matching size. We will assist you with guidance if you are unsure, please just send us an email with your measurements and the gown of choice.

3. We have a 'How to Measure' Guide on our Website for your further assistance.

4. Lengths. We try to show the standard length on most of our gowns, additional length can be provided for a small additional cost. When measuring, try to fact in the size of the heel to be worn on the day.
